Forget Me Not is dedicated to providing gentle and dignified end-of-life care for your beloved feline friend. We believe that every cat deserves to pass away in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by familiar sights, sounds, and the loving presence of their family.
Our Services
Home Euthanasia
This is for families that are choosing to provide their own aftercare. It includes travel, gentle euthanasia and a clay paw print. For home burials a special burial bag will be included to minimize environmental impacts. The bag provides space for messages and drawings.

Home Euthanasia & Communal Cremation
This service includes travel, gentle euthanasia, a clay paw print and a communal cremation (cremated with other pets). No ashes are returned. The ashes with be spread in forested land in northern Minnesota. After you have said your goodbyes, our doctor will place your beloved cat on a soft blanket in a wicker bed and take for cremation.

Home Euthanasia & Private Cremation
This service includes travel. gentle euthanasia, a clay paw print and a private cremation. Your beloved cat will be cremated individually and the ashes will be returned in a lovely urn. Ashes can be picked up from the crematory in Edina, or mailed Priority with signature required.
